UK-born and educated, Dr. Hall is an innovative designer-builder of large and small-scale systems and machinery for various industries and purposes. These include (renewable) energy generation, pollution-abatement processing, gas transportation, oil and water drilling, waste management & processing, and heavy vehicles. Over the past 28 years, Colin Hall has patented devices for anti-jackknifing of heavy road trucks, anadromous fish devices and sono-chemical power generation. He holds degrees and diplomas in technology, design, graphics, and management.
Over the course of 25 years, Mr. Hall has developed multiple fully integrated systems for sustainable energy production and waste management: these include the ecoPHASER biomass-to-energy plant and the mobile TS-2000 remediation system. Colin Hall is a recognized expert in the design and development of environmental control and processing systems. He led the development and promotion of the Western Renewable Fuels project for four years in the 1990's. He designed the integrated waste-to-energy system - the Mark V Phase Conversion Thermal Reactor - and has made many improvements on existing designs for components of environmental remediation systems.
Ms. Anne Sanders is an experienced business executive, bringing international business experience to the ecoTECH executive group. Ms. Sanders owned and operated a successful Vancouver-based travel agency through the late 1980's and early 1990's before switching careers into the public company sector. She furthermore brings years of experience and expertise in administrative and public company law compliance. Her work encompasses public relations, investor relations, consolidating financing for projects and reporting compliance in accordance with security exchange requirements. In her role as President, Ms. Sanders works closely with the other executives to drive sustainable business development whilst ensuring adherence to the company's vision and ethics. Ms. Sanders is strategic and experienced in project planning and budgeting and is responsible for securing project financing for the company's large-scale projects ($30 - $100M+), working collaboratively ecoTECH's financial team to achieve this.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Rolf A. Eugster, CA has been a Chartered Accountant for 34 years. He received his CA designation in 1978 while working for Price Waterhouse Coopers, auditing clients involved in the forest products, manufacturing, distribution, financial and service industries. Since leaving public practice he has held senior corporate management, accounting and financial reporting positions.
After public practice, Mr. Eugster spent 20 years with Westcoast Energy Inc., an international natural gas utility, with direct investments in co-generation, oil and gas and other energy related projects. Since 2000, he has been employed in the Canadian and international telecommunications industry, with 360networks Inc. from 2000 - 2004 and Bell Canada Inc. from 2004 through 2011, in the positions Associate Director Reporting and Analysis, Director Financial Reporting and Analysis, and Special Project Consultant. Mr. Eugster has been an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C.'s exposure draft committee and industry specific accounting and tax committees.
Chief OPERATING Officer (COO)
Graham Chatwin has been active in the Canadian construction industry for over 35 years. He owned and operated two general contracting companies in the lower mainland of BC in the 1980s and subsequently ran his own construction management company in Toronto, Ontario. In 1995 Graham joined a respected Vancouver construction firm where he managed the successful completion of numerous complex projects. In 2006, Graham was promoted to Director of Operations for the firm. In this capacity, he continued to lead by example, providing monitoring, mentoring, and support for all site management and company operations.
Graham is known for his ability to assemble the right people for the job and for his capacity to maintain optimal structure, organization, and the positive forward momentum essential for successful project completion. Graham brings to ecoTECH his abilities as a leader as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction management, contract preparation, budget management, accountability and team building.

Mr. Ferguson has over 30 years' experience in business management, sales and marketing. He began in the Energy Conservation Industry in 1978, marketing energy consumption reduction products and services to homeowners and businesses. In 1981, Mr. Ferguson co-founded SEI Industries Ltd., a world leader in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of technologies for forest fire-fighting. The SEI Bambi Bucket helicopter fire-fighting system was the winner of the Manning Award for the best new technology in Canada in 1986. Other products included fuel and water delivery and storage systems for remote locations.
Terry Ferguson is experienced in the computer industry, including sales and marketing of hardware, software and systems integration products and services. In the late 1990's Mr. Ferguson was instrumental in researching and analyzing costs, viability and logistics for several projects with the Biozyme Group, including a multi-vessel krill fishing project in the Antarctic and a fisheries waste recovery plant in Prince Rupert, BC.

UK-born and education, Mr. John Matthews began his career working for Ford Motor Company as an apprentice, receiving a degree in mechanical engineering. Mr. Matthews has held senior level positions with various manufacturing companies in the United Kingdom and Canada, and has developed extensive skills in precision, light, and medium engineering. The products and equipment delivered to market in his career include commercial vehicles (buses and semi-trailers) as well as military and automotive components. This led Mr. Matthews to the delivery of various Just-In-Time cost reduction programs, while implementing his design talents to create innovative solutions to manufacturing problems. His primary areas of expertise are in technology, design for manufacturing, and system process equipment production.
Mr. Matthews brings a wide range of technical management and manufacturing experience to the Company. He has worked with designer and ecoTECH CEO Colin Hall for over 30 years, gaining experience in Europe, North America and China, acting as technical liaison officer and executive engineer for a wide range of products and projects.
Director, Corporate responsibility & communications
Ms. Dekker is an expert Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility strategist and practitioner, with 8 years' organizational management and strategic corporate communications experience, within organizations and as a consultant.
In her current role, Ms. Dekker spearheads the company's Values and Impact team and leads the company's communications with its various stakeholders. In addition to two degrees in modern languages, Ms. Dekker holds an M.Phil from Oxford in International Development and completed Marketing Management Certification in Public Relations and environmental project management certification.
Ms. Dekker's responsibilities include embedding Corporate Responsibility into company operations, CSR and Sustainability strategy, performance, and reporting, internal and external communications and stakeholder relations, as well as the development and management of the brands under the ecoTECH umbrella. Ms. Dekker has 8 years' prior experience in brand strategy and management, strategic communications, business development, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Ms. Dekker also serves as a director and advisor on several Not-For-Profit boards and committees.
